This notice covers visitors to temairikhr.com, people who request a demo, and users of the Temairik HR service. When an employer uses Temairik for employee records, the employer controls that data and Temairik processes it to provide the service.
2. Data we collect
For demo requests, we collect your name and email plus any optional team-size or product-need information you choose to provide. Our servers also receive ordinary technical data such as IP address, request time, browser and error diagnostics. Product customers may provide employee identity, employment, attendance, leave, payroll, documents and account information.
3. How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested demos.
- Create, secure and support customer accounts.
- Calculate and display HR records requested by the customer.
- Send service messages, investigate errors and protect the service from abuse.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Storage and providers
Core platform data, uploaded files and backups are hosted in Jeddah. Named providers may process limited data for specific functions: Oracle Cloud for hosting, OpenAI for optional AI features, Resend for email, and Sentry for error monitoring when enabled. 5. Retention and security
We retain information only while needed to provide the service, respond to the inquiry, protect legal rights or meet an applicable requirement. Access is role-scoped, sensitive fields are encrypted, and customer records are isolated. No internet service can promise zero risk.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted directly to Temairik, subject to applicable requirements. Employees should normally direct employment-record requests to their employer, which controls that data. Use the contact form and state that your request concerns privacy.
